In order to ensure the safety of our members, we prioritize the health and well-being of our members, staff, and the communities we serve, taking into account CDC guidelines and the guidelines and recommendations of state and local government authorities.

To safely run programs in the fall we will have the following protocols in place.

• Masks Required: Participants should wear face coverings over their nose and mouth when at the NSYMCA.

Wellness Checks: The NSYMCA will provide temperature checks and screening prior to allowing participants into the classrooms.

Sanitization: The Y will continue enhanced cleaning procedures, will encourage frequent handwashing, and will have hand sanitizer readily available. All spaces will be sanitized after use.

•Class Sizes: We will have reduced class sizes to allow for increased social distancing whenever possible.

Monitor: The Y continues to monitor the safety of all programs offered and will make changes if needed to ensure the safety of our staff and members.
