It is designed for adults with some previous ballet training. Barre combinations and center combinations focusing on stability and balance are the foundations of this workshop with an extra perk- It's BYOB! Enjoy a beverage at the barre with other community members who value the benefits of movement in a fun environment.

*Please note, that this workshop will need at least 5 participants to run. RSVPs help us to determine if we have sufficient enrollment for our workshops.
