The NSYMCA welcomes all who wish to participate and believes that no one should be denied access to the Y based on their ability to pay. Through our Financial Assistance program, the NSYMCA provides assistance to youth, adults, and families based on individual needs and circumstances. 

The NSYMCA provides financial assistance for children, teens, adults, and families who are facing financial hardships. Financial assistance is available for membership fees and NSYMCA programming fees. We use a sliding fee scale based on total household income and the number of household members. We require supporting documentation to verify household size and income, and we consider special circumstances when providing assistance. Recipients are expected to be responsible for a percentage of the membership cost.

 1. Complete the form, and attach a copy of the required financial documents.

2. Return the application and supporting documents to the YMCA.
