Youth Fitness
Obesity is a rising epidemic in the U.S. Currently, over one third of the youth population is struggling with being overweight or obese. At the Y we are combatting this growing problem with classes that are designed to make fitness fun. All Levels
Need a mid-day break? Spend it stretching, strengthening, and getting focused. No matter your age or condition, you will experience the benefits of this class. It is excellent for those who find sitting unsupported on the floor challenging. Moving mindfully in supported sitting poses will increase flexibility, strength, circulation and focus. Chair yoga encourages body awareness and proper breathing. All Levels
Let your body be your guide as you move slowly but steadily through traditional yoga poses. "Gentle but not easy," this class is perfect both for seasoned yogis and for those with limited yoga experience. Modifications are available for every pose, letting you determine when you're ready for more challenging poses as you gradually build flexibility. All Levels
Increase flexibility, strength and balance through fundamental poses, seated and standing while emphasizing the importance of breath. A way to manage and reduce stress and tension. All Levels

Iyengar yoga is known for its attention to detail and precise focus on body alignment. BKS Iyengar, the founder of Iyengar yoga, pioneered the use of props to make the practice more accessible for all people. This method is designed to systematically cultivate strength, flexibility, stability, and awareness, and can be therapeutic for specific conditions. It can only be taught by certified Iyengar teachers, who must complete years of study and are rigorously tested on their practice and teaching skills.

Registration Required. 18 yrs. & up Cardio and strength-training exercises burn more calories while toning your muscles at the same time. A different workout each week to challenge your body. All levels welcome.

Cycle camp combines a 1/2 hour high energy ride, 1/2 hour strength training, and 1/2 hour of abs/core and stretching. Strength training will focus on proper form and technique using different training modalities such as: TRX® Suspension training, plate loaded and fixed equipment, and body weight exercises.
Adult
Increase your core and functional strength with a variety of all body exercises. No matter what your fitness goals, this class will help you reach them.
18 yrs. & up
A 60-minute full-body workout, alternating between intervals of speed rowing and strength circuits. Improve your strength, power and endurance with every stroke. This class incorporates dumbbells, kettle bells, and barbells as you drive up your metabolic rate with rowing. The team spirit produces individual results in this high-energy course!
Adult
