High Blood Pressure - Medical and Lifestyle Approaches
If you are confused about your blood pressure - we understand. Why is the definition of high blood pressure changing? Why are there so many medications? Is there anything I can do without medication that will lower my blood pressure?
Dr. Esrig (Internal Medicine) and Dr. Eimer (Cardiology) will try to answer some of these questions for you as they review the latest thinking on high blood pressure. The event begins at 9:30am and is FREE for the community, so bring a friend. Registration is not required.
The Y just launched our first-ever national ad campaign and The New York Times took notice! You can read the article here, and learn more when you visit the the Y's website. For a better community. For a better country. For a better us.
