When I started taking adult dance classes at the Y years ago, I was amazed at all the family activities and numerous children that were always present. At that time, I was not married, had no children, and I was living in the city. The Y seemed like another world.

Then in 2004 when I joined the dance staff with my baby girl in tow, the support, friendships and activities I discovered for myself, my husband and our daughter were overwhelming! The wonderful staff at the Kidzone has helped me raise my child while I teach dance, take classes and do what I love. Now I have my daughter on stage just as Miss Joni did for me. I think every family should join the Y!
