Join a small group of 3-10 people to improve your physical fitness level and accountability to exercise on a regular basis.

- Designed for people that are chronically overweight, struggle to find ways to burn calories, have questions about nutrition and fitness and are looking for support from like-minded people. Combines exercises along with education for a healthier

- Increase your balance, stability and overall body strength.
- Stability & Strength +Heart
- Improve your blance, stability, overall body strength and cardiovascular system.
- Walk & More & Core
- For all age groups and abilities. Includes backwards, sideways and walking lunges, plus balance and stability exercises that will tone and strengthen your legs. Also includes 15 minutes of core strengthening exercises.
