Family Fitness Fun
Bring your kids or grandkids to the Y on Friday nights from January 6-February 17 from 6-7 pm for Family Fitness. Good for kids ages 4-13! Download a rotating schedule of class formats or pick one up at the Front Desk! -
Piloxing
Piloxing was such a success over the winter break weeks that we are now offering the class for free for members on Thursdays from 6:30-7 pm starting January 12. Max of 20 people for the class and you must register. -
