  • Save The Date: March 8, 2018 for Strong Kids!

    • 1 out of 5 participants at the NSYMCA take part in our life-changing programs through financial assistance.
    • Last year over 2,600 children, young adults, families and active older adults relied on our help to reach their full potential.
    • In the last 11 years, the Strong Kids Scholarship Fund has provided over $4.7 million to 20,100 children, families and seniors in our community.

2017 was a recording-breaking year for our Y’s charity dinner. With nearly 500 of our supporters in attendance, the community raised almost $290,000 to fund our open door philosophy. Join us to beat the record and make a difference!

The Strong Kids Dinner is the signature event of the North Suburban YMCA. Sponsors and in-kind donations are critical to the success of our fundraiser. Funds raised from the event provide scholarship to offset the cost of memberships and programs for children, families, adults and seniors. NSYMCA believes that, everyone should receive the help they need to reach their full potential.

"BE STRONG YOU NEVER KNOW WHO YOU ARE INSPIRING" is the theme for 2018. This year's event will feature a "Live Auction Raffle" with a chance to win 1 of 3 live auction items, a family style meal prepared by Pinstripes of Northbrook, as well as epic prizes. Last year's event attracted 500 residents, business and community leaders throughout the Northern Suburbs.

Sponsorships are available. You can gain valuable exposure through recognition in NSYMCA program guides, email blasts, a listing in the event program, and on our website. Other sponsorship opportunities offer visibility through event collateral and all sponsorships include a minimum of two complimentary admissions to the event.

Every dollar donated to the NSYMCA lifts the world around us, strengthening families and connecting our communities!
