Small Group Training not only saves you money womenworkingouttogetherolderbut also provides a supportive, energetic atmosphere to help you achieve your goals. Workouts will be designed based on your group’s goals and needs. Punch cards are available for purchase. PIIT (Personal Intensity Interval Training)

PIIT takes the treadmill, elliptical, bike, etc. to the next level! Make your workouts work for you! PIIT will personalize interval training to accommodate yor body. All levels welcome.

Cycle Camp

18 yrs. & up

Cycle camp combines a 1/2 hour high energy ride, 1/2 hour strength training, and 1/2 hour of abs/core and stretching. Strength training will focus on proper form and technique using different training modalities such as: TRX® Suspension training, plate loaded and fixed equipment, and body weight exercises.

Cross Training for Runners

There are many benefits of cross training for runners during the winter months. In this small group, runners will work on balancing muscle groups not typically used during running, improving cardiovascular endurance, and reducing the risk of injury.

Have you always dreamed of becoming a runner? In this small group, you will be given the guidance and motivation to begin running and keep running. You will be given the building blocks of proper running form to help build speed and strength.
