                                                                                         workout each week to challenge your
                                                                                         body. All levels welcome.

                                                                                         TRIATHLON TRAINING

                                                                                         Choose from any of the options that will
                                                                                         take time off your Tri time. Learn how to
                                                                                         be a stronger and faster swimmer, while
                                                                                         strengthening your body to help with
                                                                                         overall time. All levels welcome.

                                                                                         CYCLE CAMP

                                                                                         18 yrs. & up
                                                                                         Cycle camp combines a 1/2 hour
                                                                                         high-energy ride, 1/2 hour strength
                                                                                         training, and 1/2 hour of abs/core and
                                                                                         stretching. Strength training will focus
                                                                                         on proper form and technique using
                                                                                         different training modalities such as:
                                                                                         TRX® Suspension training, plate loaded
                                                                                         and fixed equipment, and body weight
                                                                                         exercises.
