Adult Ballet

18 years and up.

Designed for adults with some previous ballet training. Barre combinations as well as center combinations, focusing on stability and balance, are the foundations of this class. Studying ballet can improve posture and overall sense of well-being.

Piano Lessons

5 years - adult.

Piano lessons help students to develop logic, memory, coordination, and an ear for music. In addition, students learn about musical reasoning and explore musical literature. Our one-on-one lessons begin with the Suzuki method, which develops muscle memory and proper hand placement, and then move into the traditional method which teaches from a book and uses notes. A piano or electric keyboard is encouraged for the student to practice at home.

Adult Private Lessons

18 years and up

Learn a style of dance at your own pace in a one-on-onesetting. Perfectly tailored to your needs, private lessons offer a great way for a beginner or an experienced dancer to get personalized feedback and advancement. They are also great for people in the process of rehabilitation, as dance can help with posture, core strength, and lengthening of the spine.
