Staggered start times
Register by 10/27 and be guaranteed a t-shirt
Curbside packet pick up on 11/13 from 8am-8pm
Temperature checks, health screenings, hand sanitizer and handwashing stations on-site.
Masks are worn before/after the race and are NOT required while running/walking. Masks will be worn by all staff/volunteers.

 

Virtual

Virtual Race can be done on any course/day chosen by participant. Must be completed by 11/14 at 10:00 am.
Participants will email picture of route and time to be eligible for raffle.
All race results (virtual & in-person) will be provided on nsymca.org by 11/ 15.
Curbside T-shirt pick-up from 8am-8pm.

Run/Walk to benefit The North Suburban YMCA.
All proceeds go to our Revive Our Y campaign.

• Race Day Morning: 7:00am - 7:30am

Race Parking:
• Parking lot & surrounding neighborhood

Awards:
Top finishers: Prizes will be given to the overall
male and female winners.

Prizes will be given to the overall finishers in youth
age groups 19 & under and adult age 20 & older.

Winners will be announced via FB Live Saturday,
November 14th at 11:00 am.

Packet Pick Up:
Curbside Pick-up starts Friday, November 13th
at the North Suburban YMCA from
8 am – 8 pm.
Instructions sent via email.

Race Day, at the registration tent between
7:00 am - 7:30 am.

Race Course: 
Police and volunteer marshals will staff intersections
and direct traffic, but the course will not be completely
closed to traffic.

Race Shirts: 
Registration before 10/27 will receive a t-shirt.
Registrations after 10/27 will not be guaranteed a t-shirt.

 

 

Timing & Results:
CHIP TIMING! Course clocks will be located at mile 1 and at end of race. Race Results posted on race day online at www.nsymca.org.

Safety:
• For safety reasons, pets, rollerblades, skateboards, and bicycles of any kind will not be allowed in either race.
• Strollers will be allowed but must start behind the run.

Virtual Instructions:
Virtual Race can be done on any course and any day chosen by participants but must be completed by Saturday, November 14th at 10:00 am.
Participants should upload a picture of themselves, a screenshot of the route from running/walking tracker (e.g. Runkeeper, Map my Run), and email it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with their race completion time no later than 12 pm on Sunday, November 15th to be entered into a raffle to win a prize.
All race results (virtual & in-person) will be provided on nsymca.org by Sunday, November 15th.
Revive our Y 5K T-shirts can be picked up Curbside on Friday, November 12th from 8:00 am to 8:45 pm (if applicable).

COVID19 Safety:
Temperature checks and verbal health screenings will be done on all participants and staff prior to the event. Hand sanitizer and handwashing stations will also be available.
Face masks must be worn before and after the race. Masks are NOT required while running/walking and can be removed. Masks will be worn by all staff/volunteers for the duration of the event. Disposable masks will be provided to all runners who attend without their own.
No spectators or crowd cheerers will be allowed on the route or waiting for race participants at the end of the race.
Water stations will not be permitted on the race route and water will only be provided at the end of the race. Participants that need water during the race should bring a pre-filled water bottle.
Vendor tables will not be permitted and all vendor items will be placed in goodie bags.
