Starting Wednesday, January 10, 2024

Gym Jam is a dedicated Parent & Child Open Play Gym time at the NSYMCA!
Bring your child and mingle with other parents every Wednesday and Thursday from 10:00 - 11:00 am and 2:30-3:30 pm.

Gym Jam is for Children ages 0-5 and is free to members.
Non-members can also join us for only $5.

Run, Jump, Play, Explore with Gym Jam!

OUR MISSION

To provide individuals in Northbrook and the surrounding areas with programs and tools that will help them become healthier, more connected and confident. We believe that lasting personal and social change can only come about when we all work together to invest in our community and each other. Every day, we work side-by-side with you, our neighbors, throughout 15 surrounding communities to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.
